Gary C. Wendt, Chairman of Management Committee
Mr. Wendt was a senior executive of GE Capital from 1975 to 1998, including serving as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of GE Capital from 1986 to 1998 and as President and Chief Executive Officer of GE Credit Corp. from 1984 to 1986. He subsequently led the restructuring of Conseco, Inc. as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer from 2000 to 2002. Mr. Wendt is a graduate of Harvard Business School and the University of Wisconsin.

James H. Kirby, President and Member of Management Committee
Mr. Kirby previously was a Managing Director and Portfolio Manager in credit investing at Dune Capital Management, LP and its predecessor fund at Soros Fund Management LLC from 2004-2006. He was a Managing Director in private equity investing at Madison Dearborn Partners where he was part of the communications industry investment team from 1996 to 2003. Mr. Kirby is a graduate of Harvard Business School and Princeton University.
