Deerpath makes privately negotiated investments in companies based on the following criteria:
- Cash flow positive
- Revenue of $10 million to $100 million
- EBITDA of $2 million to $20 million
Our investments are typically structured as senior secured loans, but we will also invest opportunistically in other securities where we see compelling risk-adjusted returns. Our targeted investment size is $3 million to $15 million.
We seek investment opportunities where we can bring capital and transactional expertise to help lower middle market companies in situations including:
- Growth capital
- Refinancing
- Acquisition financing
- Ownership transitions
