Deerpath Capital Management, LP makes privately negotiated investments in the debt and equity of lower middle market companies and seeks to provide value added financing with speed, flexibility and skills with complex financial transactions. We prefer to invest in senior secured loans, but will consider other forms of investment on an opportunistic basis. Deerpath applies a private equity approach to credit investments, with a specialty focus in key industry sectors (communications, energy/natural resources and health care) as well as general capabilities across a broad range of manufacturing and services industries.
